Message Water Wetter will not lower your coolant temperature. It is a surfactant and, in theory, should help prevent detonation by preventing hot pockets of steam form forming in the engine cylinder.

If you want to maximize on coolant efficiency, then go w/ a 100/0 water/coolant mix or 70/30 water/coolant mix if you live in a mild-climate area.

Michael.
